We are still new at this, but so far...

    1. Need tons of receiving blankets and burp cloths b/c someone is always spitting up!

    2. I could kiss the people that came up with the double snap n go!

    3. We actually like our bottle warmers!

    4. We do love the miracle blankets!

I'm going to have to go with my boobs and our cloth diaper collection (the only two things we use consistently) and, for right now, those jumpy things that hang in the door.

    1) Soothers pappies - we only have about 15 other kinds that the boys WON'T take

    2) boppy - the boys love to sit up it and they are small enough to tandem nurse using it

    3) Gymboree blankets - I swear these are the best blankets. They are huge and durable. We have ones that are 7 years old from my daughter that we use for the boys. Get them on sale and they are complete worth it.

    4) almost forgot - moses basket. This was my 2nd daughters. The boys nap in it all day.

Because of all the posts saying how much you guys loved them we went out and bought two pobee bottles yesterday. The boys are still to little to use.

    1. Moses basket -- both slept in it for the first month, then they would alternate for nap time.

    2. Zipper sleepers !!! When you are changing two babies it saves you soooooooooooo much time in the middle of the night.

    3. A portacot -- yes just a single one, with a change area and bassinet. It cost me 100.00 with no frills, bells or whistles.

    3-6 months

    1. Still using the infant to toddler bouncer -- great for the refux baby

    2. Some great Einstein toys and a blanket on the floor

    3. IKEA high chairs. cheap cheap cheap and great great great. we can afford a more expensive one but these just work great. and are not an eye sore. plus they can easily transport. Not everyone has an IKEA store sorry.....

    1. Receiving Blankets that are big enough to swaddle with
    2. Soothie Pacifiers
    3. Bouncy chairs

After reading all these comments, I so wish I had gone with the Double Snap n Go, instead of the big and bulky duoglider.

I haven't been on in a while so I just saw this.
I can't believe no one metioned the Graco Snugglider car sweat swing!
    1) http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2583976 We love it so much that at 10 months went back and bought another to add to the one we already bought! Now we have little guys, still under 16 lbs at almost a year. But they still LOVE them! In fact I have an old large swing that they could care less about. This one vibrates and has a variable speed. The large swing was too big for them in the beginning. This one swing softly enough for preemies.
    2) EZ2 nurse pillow. Perfect for tandem feedings.
    3) My rented Ameda hospital pump. I couldn't have made it nursing this long without it!!!!!

I have soooo many more. But those I think are my TOP 3.

    Great thread OP!!!!
