Hi there, my name is Erin, I'm 29 years old, mother to ID boys Marcus & Maddox. Born 31 weeks at 3lbs11oz and 3lbs14oz. They spent 28 & 31 one days in the NICU.

One of my many favorite twin moments, is when I go to get them up in the morning or after their nap and they are just so happy to see me as soon as I peak over with HUGE smiles on their faces.

Here are examples of those happy faces:

    Maddox

    Marcus

I'm Rachael. I have b/g IVF twins, Jack and Anna, born at 37w 4d via c-section. Jack was 7 lbs. 13 oz. and Anna was 6 lbs. 2 oz.

My favorite thing is watching them play with each other. They do this thing now where they crawl along right next to each other like they are in sync that totally cracks me up!

Hi Berna here! Mommy to Sierra (13), Hayden (5) Jack and Lila (almost 7 months), from the Kansas City area. I work full time so really any moment is a favorite to me, but if I had to pick one right now it's how they look at each other right after there baths when they are lying side by side getting dressed.

I'm gonna jump in since I am a Mod but mine are a bit older. I'm another Rachel and I am 35  . My twins Derek and Tyler are going to be 2 in 2 weeks. They were born at 31 weeks 6 days and in the NICU for 19 days as feeder/growers.

My favorite twin moment has to be my Avatar. They were feeding each other cake at their big sisters 4th birthday.

I am Shawna (30) mom to Morgan and Taylor who are 3.5 months old. Not sure if frat or id they were di/di but look so much alike. Just got the DNA test this week, sending off tomorrow. They were born at 32 weeks 4 days 3lbs 11 oz and 3lbs 15 oz. 22 days each in the NICU. They just started smiling so that is my favorite so far, also when they try to suck on each others arms, thinking it is themselves.

edited: I wrote 34 vice 32 weeks. oops

My name is Kim Grewal. I had identical twin boys on July 18th, 2008. They were born at 35 weeks due to pre eclampsia via c section. No nicu! I am/was a small animal veterinarian prior to the pregnancy, but now am a stay at home mom. I am nuts about horses, and am married to a horse surgeon.

My favorite twin moment so far has been watching the boys smile and laugh. Just yesterday I saw them "talking" to each other and smiling at each other for the first time.

I'm 38. We live in West Palm Beach, FL

Hi. I'm Betsy and I live in Boston. I have 8 week old boy-girl twins. I had a vaginal delivery of boy-girl twins at 35w3d after 14 weeks of bedrest for preterm labor. My son, Ari, weighed 5lbs 5oz and was in the NICU for 7 days for feeding. My daughter, Zivi, weighed 5lbs and was in the NICU for 16 days for apnea. As I like to tell everyone, "I love them the most when they both are sleeping". But my favorite thing so far is the smiles.

    hi there!
i hope i'll have time one of these days to read all the other intros. but for now, here's mine: i'm jeri lynn (jl) and dh is eddie. we had our gorgeous boys on dec 23rd, 2007. their birth and my hospital stay were extremely dramatic--i was only 27w5d and went from mild to severe pre-e in about 5 days. before that, i had a compltely h and h pregnancy (aside from being over 40!)..... anyways, after 7 and 10 weeks in the nicu, respectively, we brought our little treasures home and it's been an amazing ride ever since. i could not be more in love!
the best moments were their first smiles, and then yes, like pp's have said, when they interact. the other day one discovered the funny noise a door stop makes when you push it to one side, so they spend about ten minutes taking turns doing that, and then cracking up. it was too cute! finally, the thing broke off and they went on to something else.

I'm feeling bad - I just noticed that everyone else mentioned their other children. I just wrote about my twin boys.

I also have an amazing 4-year-old who has turned out to be quite an excellent big brother. His name is Lennon! :)

I'm bad too. I have an 8 year old step son Branden.

Hi all! I'm Tammy and I am 34. I have a 15 year old DD, a 13 year old DS, a 12 year old DSD, a 9 year old DD and a set of cuddly 6 month old boy/girl twins. My twins were born on May 12th! They were born at 37 weeks 6 days and DS (A) weighed 7 lbs, 10 oz and DD (B) weighed 6 lbs even!

My favorite moment of being a twin mommy is the first time they were both in the crib together and looked up and smiled at me! That was the greatest moment of all.. wow what a feeling to have 2 beautiful babies with toothless smiles and big bright eyes beaming up at you!

I also love watching them fall asleep cuddling together!!!

I also have to say that I love watching them get excited when their brother and sisters come home from school! (Time to play!!!) They get so excited, they usually won't take a nap the rest of the evening!

Hey All - there seem to be lots of Erin's too! I'm Erin, mom to 6 1/2 mo old b/g twins, Matthew & Sarah. They were born via c-section at 36/5 due to pre-e. She was 5lbs 11 oz and he was 5lbs 7 oz. Now he dwarfs her, though. He's nearly 17 and she is about 15.5. We live in Marin County near San Francisco.

My new favorite moment is when they're sitting next to each other with a pile of toys within reach and they ALWAYS have to go for the same one. I know I will soon dread this, but for now it supplies me with endless amusement.

Hi! I'm Kimberly and I am 28. I don't come on here much, but it was fun reading everyones intros!

I am the mommy to Ben and Camryn, my b/g twins born on January 4th at 34w 1d. They both spent 7 days in the NICU. This first year has flown by so fast, and I am really sad that they will be one here soon! I have loved every minute of it... I have quite a few favorite twin moments, but lately they have been cracking me up by stealing each others cheerios off of the others tray and eating them. They also have been laughing at each other, especially when one crawls over the other. It's so funny!

I'm Erin 30yo and I have a 2yo DS Owen and my twin girls Keira and Finley are 6.5mths. They were born at 36.1wks vaginally with no NICU time (we didn't even have a NICU where they were born). We live in Yorktown VA for the time being, we move a lot b/c of the Air Force. I am a very busy SAHM right now, all 3 of my kiddos are still in diapers so you can imagine that keeps me busy all by itself.

My favorite twin moment is when they play with each other and get all excited. They are always touching each other, the other day I put them on the floor with just diapers on and came back and Finley was sucking on Keira's foot! I think having twins is an amazing experience and wouldn't trade it for anything in the world!

I figured I'd better re-introduce myself since I haven't been so very active on the boards in awhile. . . I've been a bit "exhaustified", gee I wonder why?!

I'm Emily, mother to five kids - Seth, Ethan, Miriam and the twins, Caleb and Silas.
I'm married to Chad (married in 1997).
I have a degree in Architecture and almost finished a degree in Elementary Ed until I got horrendous morning sickness with my first DS. I quit, knowing that I wanted to be a SAHM if at all possible.
That's what I am: a SAHM. And I love it. It's hard work that's grown me a great deal.

I drive a typical, ugly white mini van that I'm so thankful for. It's paid for too. That's the best part, right? We barely fit in it these days. There are five boosters/infant car seats in it, haha.

My twins are ids that had TTTS. We survived and are doing well.
I had two bouts of bedrest: with my 2nd DS for 11 weeks, with the twins for 13 weeks (7 in the hospital). Preterm labor and early dilation/funneling, etc.
I tend to get terrible, debilitating morning sickness.
    I've had gestational diabetes twice.
So if anyone pregnant/used-to-be pregnant needs any encouragement or commiseration in these areas, please feel free to send me a message!

My twins were born on Friday the 13th (in June) after exactly 13 weeks on bedrest at 34w1d gestation. On my parents' wedding anniversary. (Their middle names are after my parents - Tim & Brenda - Caleb Timothy and Silas Brendan.) They were 5 lbs. and 6 lbs. 12 oz. respectively.

I guess that's enough about me.

Hi I'm Katina and I have a wonderful 3 year old son (Chase) and I have 10 month old b/g twins (Christopher & Kimora). They were born at 36w 2d 5lb 8 oz and 5lbs 1 oz and required NO NICU time.

My favorite twin thing has got to be watching the 2 of the interact and talk to each other.

I'm Carrie, 30 years old. I have a 5 year old daugher and almost 7 month old fraternal twin girls from IVF. They were born at 36w6d through a scheduled c-section. Samantha was 5-15 and Mallory was 6-6. Neither spent time in the NICU and went home with me after 2 days in the hospital.

My favorite thing is when Mallory reaches for Samantha's hand when they are in the stroller. She is always wanting to touch her and be close with her. I have to say that raising twins is so much more fun than a singleton just because of the interactions. I can't even explain the difference to people when they ask! (not that raising DD1 was not a blast but you know!)

Hi my name is Tara and I am a happy mommy to identical (mono/di) twin girls Abigail and Taylor born vaginally August 21, 2008 at 34+2 weeks. Abigail was 4lbs 11oz and Taylor 3lbs 12oz both spent about 2 weeks in NICU/Special Care as feeders and growers.

My favorite twin moment happened the other day when the girls were playing on their tummy time mat. Abigail was smiling and cooing at Taylor (this was the first time they acknowledged each other). Taylor was just staring at Abigail and only started crying when I got the video camera and hit record. I always miss the best moments because I am too busy trying to record them!!

Took me long enough to reply to this...hi, I'm Beth, mom to b/g twins, two cats, and a chocolate lab. My babies were born at 37 weeks (no NICU time!!) after 14 looooong weeks of bedrest. I was too scared to join any pregnancy or twin forums while I was pregnant because I miscarried my first pregnancy so I didn't have all of you lovely ladies around to entertain me while I was going out of my mind! I finally joined TS about 2 weeks before I delivered and didn't post until after the babies were safe at home.

My favorite twin moments are when they hold hands and touch each other's faces while they nurse, and having two smiling faces with big eyes watching me whenever I'm in range  I love having twins and feel so lucky every day!

Im Debra married to Scott for almost 14 years. I am a paramedic and I also have a degree in Public Relations and I work at the hospital on Mount Desert Island in Bar Harbor, Maine. An hours commute but I luv my job! My husband is a LP Manager and is a complete sweetie.

Our ID boys are almost 10 months and they are the babies outta 7 kids. They were born at 36.5 an had no NICU time. We did spend almost a month in hospital, after we were discharged we were all back within a week, with Dev on a vent with RSV, he was code blue x3 and shocked back once and Ethen had Sepsis and a Strep infection. (God bless the NICU and PICU staff!) I had a severe infection in my c-section and pumn. and was one floor down from the boys for 2 weeks.

My favorite moments are the looks they give each other right before they try to take the others toys!
