turning breach babies

    Both twins are breach. Anything I can safely do at home to help them turn?

    Check out Spinningbabies.com. These next two can't be done from home but, consider seeing a chiro - they can ensure your hips and pelvis are aligned allowing babies as much room as possible to turn. Also, acupuncture can help.

    If all else fails, do some research into vaginal breech birth and finding a care provider who would support you in that. You may find it's the course of care you prefer. :) Good luck!
