The Bachelorette - Ali

Okay I didn't watch this show really this year outside of a little of the opening episode, and then tonight's finale (and a bit here and there with the weatherman and that weird guy - that was funny stuff).

I know last year I immediately predicted Jake and Vienna were doomed for failure. Call me crazy but I actually think this one might work out. I like what Ali did tonight leading up to the final Rose ceremony - I think while it might have been unprecedented as ABC put it, it was also the right thing to do.

But I'm not sure if #2 Bachelor really should be the next Bachelor. I think ABC should go a different direction.

I am really proud of Ali cutting Chris loose before the final rose ceremony! That was really so much better than how it could have been. I would have been crying big time, otherwise.

I would love to see Chris or Kirk as the next bachelor! Craig (the lawyer one) was really funny at the "men tell all" and would be fun, but he's not that hot. (for my voyer, viewing pleasure)

I really thought that the slow burn might have been better with Chris. That intense passion never works out. I really hope that Ali and Robert make it and are the 2nd couple to finish the show together and go on to have a family and a nice life together!! :wub:

They were both so cute and sweet and I love that she was as fair as she could be! I'm not surprised that Frank didn't show! :gah: He didn't realize that it would have been a good thing!

Who's going to watch the train wreck known as "Bachelor Pad"????????

 

I also liked that Ali let him know prior to the date. Why put him through that is she already knows what she is going to do? I also thought Chris handled himself so well. You could tell he was upset, but he was very graceful and just wanted her to be happy. He seems like such a nice guy and hope he finds happiness!

I feel the same, something just seems geunine with Ali and Roberto. I hope we are right Mark!

I love Craig! He seems so awesome! But you are right, he doesn't have that "it" factor looks wise. Buuuutttt...do you remember Bachelor Bob? He was a cutie, but not really a "hunk". KWIM?
