Spontaneous vs. "Assisted" Twins?

    I have frat IVF twins--with better technology and information twins are becoming more common w/ IVF fertility treatments. We knew that the chances were fairly high for us!

    Spontaneous ID twin girls here. No idea what the stats are though.

    Spontaneous (old fashion way :p ) mono/di boys here! But I do have about 8 set of twins on my side of the family and DH has 2 sets that we know of on his so maybe there is some hereditary connection somewhere.

    My B/G twins were conceived with clomid/IUI.
