    Congratulations and welcome Spencer!

    I had a block on my left side and baby was balled up on that side, half way between posterior and anterior head position (I became one of those woman you see in movies...cursing, head spinning round, it was awful)...darned girl got her head stuck so I finally did get numb on the left when they prepped me for my section! You are a strong woman for hanging in there!

    Sorry it was a difficult birth experience! I am hoping to go epidural free this time for just the experience you had! Even when my epi takes (I've had 2), I feel that total numbness for about 24 hours. I can't feel to push, can't walk afterward, and have to be catheterized. I HATE the sensation! I can't imagine how awful it would be to have that feeling on only one side!

    I am so glad Spencer is here and safe and darling! Congratulations!
