Good to see NY natives on here. I've lived in Brooklyn too. Where do you get your favorite slice? Alyssa, are you Hungarian? I have a dog named Laszlo, a vizsla. I find your use of sz curious. You've got a tough road ahead of you, I hope you really have all the support you need. TS will be a great resource for you.

Hi welcome! I had my son when I was 17 and just about to finish my senior year. I was very fortunate to have found a school for young mothers where I lived. It had an onsite daycare for the babies and lots of good classes like childbirth classes, child development, and nutritional cooking classes. Perhaps you could find a simular school there? Also there is help as far as programs to pay for childcare while you are in school and work. Look to see what programs are out there through the Children, Youth and Family Department. Finishing school has helped me a lot as far as supporting my son and providing him everything that he needs. If you want anymore info or ideas on who could help you with programs, give me a PM.

I had my first child at 17, I know how scary that is...it's incredibly overwhelming, and having twins added to it, well, that's just even more overwhelming. Good for you for trying to stay healthy and do what you need to do...God knows I wasn't so smart then. Now I am pregnant with twins, and so excited, every day I wake up. I feel so blessed and so lucky. Just do what your doctor tells you to do, that's the best advice I can give...but I know there are a lot of mommies here that are going to give you good advice too. Good luck, sweetie!
