    Dear Sirs,

I'm writing to inform you of the recent loss of our baby. I understand you normally arrange the mailing of baby products, gifts, coupons, and samples to new parents.

Understanding how disturbing this mail would be for our family, I am sure you will do your best to remove our name from your mailing list.

    Thank you for your assistance.
