I have to keep my mouth shut about this around my friends and on Facebook. My friend is doing a gender reveal party for me in lieu of having a baby shower for Baby #4. (So for those of you who know me on Facebook, please sssshhhhhhhhh!!) I told her I would be finding out beforehand in case it was another boy, I didn't want to be surprised by that in front of everyone. But I have to tell SOMEONE!!!! :clapping: It's a GIRL! :clapping: :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: I really am having a hard time even believing it. Part of me wants to wait until my 20 weeks can just to make sure and part of me wants to go shopping RIGHT NOW. Here's the proof: Ultrasound pic So how do I not tell all my friends before the party?
Woooooooohooooooooo!!! When I saw the title I knew the answer(and didn't think it was a surprise twin!). So exciting!!!! Now-I hope dh has a second job because shopping for girls.... Now-onto names!
I think my friends and family might keep us covered in the clothes department for awhile.. but yah. Second job wouldn't hurt! I already have the name I love picked out, waiting for Joe to come around and just accepting that I'll get my way. :laughing:

Originally I was going to wait to have the scan closer to the party date, but then of course my husband is being sent somewhere for work. We moved the scan up so he could be here for it. Plus I figured it would be another boy and I could just keep up my surly, sarcastic jokes. :laughing: I think I may have to just avoid everyone. I can fake a case of the sniffles for the next few weeks.
Congrats!! I won't lie, I wanted a girl and when I found it for sure I was having one, I was over the moon. She is going to have 3 big brothers to protect her, what a lucky girl!
:woo: Congratulations Kate! My best friend had three boys before she had her girl. Her daughter is now 2 and she beats the snot out of her older brothers. I always thought they'd protect her, but I think it might be the other way around :laughing: Enjoy your party!
Thank you everyone! I'm still pretty shocked! I did a little shopping this morning and I thought I would cry when the cashier asked if I needed any gift receipts. NO I don't!!! :laughing: Although I am saving the receipts just in case they find a penis at my 20 week scan.... :unsure:
