So is there like any private messaging or is all of it in a chat room? This is my first pregnancy- so im a first time mom. any tips how to become a quick pro with the twin thing?

I would my first tip to become a quick pro is to definitely to discuss with your partner the expectations you have of each other as parents (i.e. how many times each one gets up with the babies, is there any division of labor or are you both interchangeable, etc...).
Twin babies do and will cry at the same time. It's hard to hear and you will feel terrible not being able to soothe them both at the same time. All you can do is your best. I had a hard time with having to choose which baby to attend to first. They survived, my twins are 9 now!
