My MIL offered to breastfeed my children

I know she's a little kooky, but I think that was nice of her to offer. It wouldn't exactly be a piece of cake on her part to re-lactate and feed two babies.

We're so obsessed with breasts as sex objects though that the idea of our baby touching someone else's for nourishment is just plain weird. As another post mentioned, it didn't use to be that way. I figure, as long as the babies are getting what is best for them then that is great. If you want to, definitely try bfing yourself though and remember that it takes a few days for bm to come in. Don't be discouraged if you are still not getting anything on day three of pumping. Give it a week. Good luck!
