    i completely fell off the wagon yesterday-:)
    1/26 20 minutes shred cardio workout (hasfit.com)

    1/26-45 minutes on the precor machine doing a hill workout.
    1/27-60 minutes of zumba

    My plan for the upcoming week
    Today-do a workout on demand. We are supposed to be getting icy and yucky weather at some point today, so the gym is a no go for me
    1/29-60 minutes step circuit class
    1/30-60 minutes zumba
    1/31-60 minutes of body works plus abs class
    2/1-60 minutes zumba

    I'll figure out on Friday what I will do this upcoming weekend. I'm back to my normal class schedule since my DH will be on an early work schedule for the next few weeks.

    I am feeling a bit better this week regarding my quest for weight loss. I have noticed results after mixing weights into my routine... things aren't so "doughy" anymore and I am trimming a bit off the ol' love handles. I am not strictly tracking my food intake but have stopped eating the kids' stuff. Still could be drinking more water. Kudos to you Nancy and Gigantor for keeping up the work outs :)

    1/21 - off
    1/22 - 35 minutes cardio (2.6 miles), 30 minutes weights (legs)
    1/23 - 35 minutes cardio (2.6 miles), 30 minutes weights (arms)
    1/24 - 35 minutes cardio (2.6 miles), 30 minutes weights (legs)
    1/25 - off
    1/26 - off
    1/27 - off
    1/28 - 35 minutes cardio (2.6 miles), 30 minutes weights (arms)
    1/29 - 35 minutes cardio (2.6 miles), 30 minutes weights (legs)
    1/30 - 35 minutes cardio (2.6 miles), 30 minutes weights (arms)
    1/31 - 35 minutes cardio (2.6 miles), 30 minutes weights (legs) ~ planning on it

    Current weight - 148.2 lbs (loss of 2 lbs)
    Goal weight - 135 lbs

    1/29 I took off, it was a crazy day
    1/30 20 minutes warrior workout + getting ripped abs in 8 minutes
    1/31 10 minutes cardio for flat abs + 12 minutes tabata
