So so sorry to hear about your loss. There is nothing you did wrong. Even if you were ambivalent in the beginning, even if at times you wished you hadn't gotten pregnant that has nothing to do with what happened. Give yourself some time and slowly you'll start healing. Be gentle with yourself and try not to blame yourself. Sadly these things happen for reasons that are beyond us.
