How much weight did you gain?

    I delivered at 34 weeks, 1 day and when I got on the scale a few days later, I found that I weighed 30 pounds less than before I was pregnant. :(

    I went to 39 weeks and gained 50lbs. Now they are 3.5 and I've managed to lose all 50 plus an extra 10. :good: I got a treadmill and walked/ran every day :faint:

    Pregnancy was 34 weeks, I gained 60 lbs exactly. My girls are almost 7 months old and I just have 4 lbs left to loose. I didn't do anything special to loose the weight, I've just found it difficult to eat, no time for it in my schedule anymore, lol!! I only breastfed during the first month so that didn't help for me...

    Delivered at 36 wks, gained 35 pounds, lost 50 lbs by the time they were 4 wks, but that extra 15 in there was due to IVF meds/bloat prior to conceiving. I didn't do anything special to lose weight, just trying to survive newborn twins I guess, lol. They are 9 months old now. Sadly, I have gained 15 or so lbs that shouldn't be there. Plan is to hit the pavement a lot with the babies this spring and get back to the gym. We'll see. :spy:

    Do I win a prize?? :) I was induced at 36w1d due to pre-e, and gained 91 pounds!!!! :headbang: Yeah, ok, I enjoyed eating for 3. Lot of water weight though from all the swelling, my OB estimated when I delivered that I had over 30 pounds of fluid in my legs. Not fun! According to my wii fit I have now lost 86 of it, 5 to go plus some more to get down to my pre-IVF normal weight. But I'll take losing 86 pounds in 4.5 months!

    Oh and I take the babies to the mall and walk as often as I can. And I rock a mean Wii fit hula hoop. :)

    Gained 50lbs (2lbs/week for first 26-27 weeks, then nothing for 4 weeks, then approx 1 lb/week). I aimed for 2800-3000 calories/day and 100g of protein/day.
    Lost all but 15 within first 10 days- then nothing for about three months- lost it all by 5 months (exclusive BFing and lots of very long walks) BUT

    I still have a slightly rounded belly. That is from the muscles being stretched and can only be returned through the right type of exercises and strengthening. My PT said it would take about a year if I kept up with my exercises (which I have not been so good about).
