How many moms take a nap during the day?

    Late yesterday afternoon I took an hour nap while DH watched the boys. When I got up I felt rejuvenated and was ready to take the boys for a stroller walk, in hopes that they would get an evening cat nap to make it to bedtime. DH was tired at that point so he stayed home and napped while I walked the boys who napped for 30 min. So in 2 hours our entire family got their own naps and we were much happier for that! I also had enough energy last night to straighten up the house, thanks to my nap. I wouldn't want to live in a world where mommy naps were forbidden ;)
