    Our house is really large...about 4300 square feet but we seldom use so much of the space that a smaller home would be fine. We have a 5 bedroom with 3 full baths plus a half bath. We have 2 extra rooms that can be bedrooms plus a great room that seldom get any use. We only use our kitchen, eating area, family room and play room. The girls share a bedroom and we don't do anything in there but have them sleep and our little guy has his own room. We plan to have the girls share for as long as they want so when we don't have visitors we have numerous empty rooms which is silly.
    I grew up in a house that was tiny,then my parents put on an additional floor so we would all have our own rooms. I missed sharing with my sister. And really, it isn't the size of the house that matters but the love in the house(cheesy I know)...but really true!! Isn't being home with them more important than being in a big house?

    [SIZE=10pt]We have a 2000 sq ft house ~ 4 bedrooms & 2 3/4 baths.

    We have 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. My 18 yr old DS is downstairs, DD (14) has her own room and DD & DS share a room right now. Eventually oldest DS will move and we'll have another room ~ but will most likely become a computer/exercise room. My DD doesn't want to move downstairs, and I wouldn't consider having one of the twins downstairs at their age.

    It's a split level so we have two sets of stairs. It's been "fun" to say the least trying to 'contain' DD and DS. We definitely WANT to move ~ however not for the space inside the house. Our current house doesn't really have a backyard and the front is all hill. So really no place for the twins to play outdoors when they're old enough. :(

    well our house is about 1745 sqft its 1 bath wiht a man toliet in the ( meaning a toliet in the middle of the unfinished basement LOL) and 4 bedrooms one which used to be the one car garage and a 500 sqft family room that was added on before we bought it... If we HAD to stay here it would be fine but we dont wnat to... but honestly we all fit fine and have enough room and privacy. Someone once told me do you want a huge fancy house to pay for or a life of experiences and sites to pay for? meaning keep your house and see the world instead of buying a huge house and never being able to see anything because you cant afford it... to me that makes perfect sense.... ooo ya we have FOUR kids

    my answer is :no you dont have to move ...
