We used bottled for the first 5 months, then we switched to "tap" water out of the fridge (I believe it's filtered). But after reading this, I am now switching to plain ole tap water! Mine have lots of teeth so they need the flouride.

    Bottled Water only.
Unfortunately I don't trust our tap water and since we don't drink it, I wouldn't have the kids drink it either. We're now used to buying bottle water so it wasn't too bad.

If you trust your tap water and it's fine then tap water should be fine for the kids. But if you have your doubts, then you should definitely look into the purified water machines that sell the 5 galloons for under a $1.00.

We use tap water and filtered water. If we are traveling we do bottled.

We asked the dietitian in the NICU and she said to give them what we drink. We use a PUR water filter. So thats what they get. Our water is fine. I just like the flavor of filtered better.

We used bottled until they were 6 months old (even though the ped said tap is fine). At 6 months we started using tap and we don't miss buying water.

We use tap water and boil it for 5 min. and then let it cool and then transfer it to a gallon jug.

We use tap water but we bought a Brita Ultramax Water Dispenser (see here). You can find them at Target. Our tap is fine but the water filter just made us feel a bit better about it, since we did have issues with our water supply. For us, we only need to refill it every two days and pop it into the fridge. It works great. It's better for the environment and your pocketbook to use tap water and in most cases, tap water is perfectly fine.
