We are done at 5 :)

If I won the lotto and had somone to clean up after all of us, I could definitely see adopting 1 or a set :D in the future. Another child would be wonderful.

I don't know if I want anymore. I always just wanted two, never thinking in a million years I would have twins. When I found out it was twins, I wanted a boy and girl, but now that I know mine are ID, I guess it wasn't a possibility. I really want a daughter, so we will see.

All of you are brave to have that desire for more.

We are done. We did IVF and even though I stayed positive through it all, I would NEVER do it again. IVF is so complicated and such a gamble emotionally and physically. I don't think I could have twins and do that at the same time! I only wanted one but when I found out it was two I figured that would take care of the 'urge' to have a second one. That was before we found out the sexes. Either way, no matter what we had, we decided that was plenty.

In fact, I am little scared to be intimate on the fear it would happen naturally.

I honestly did not feel complete until I had the twins. We are done at 5!

We will be having more. I'm not sure how many, and it will not be anytime soon! (We'll likely start trying after they turn 3.)

God shoot me now! But I am kinda wanting to have another one now

LOL...amen sister!! I think I would love to have another. I must be crazy!!!! But DH is 41 and he has about had it with children...poor guy. He is such a good daddy but he doesn't want to be old when they are in there teens and they want to throw the ball around and stuff. I can understand. It's funny, we would go back and forth about having 3 kids. I said 3 and he said 2. We both got our wish...ha!

DH and I have always talked about having three kids. So we are waiting until the girls are 3 before trying again.

For the longest time my thoughts on having more kids was "NO WAY"! But now that my boys are getting older (16 months) I am starting to have that urge...it just comes out of the blue. Maybe I watch A Baby Story on TLC too much!!??? I am scared though...I lost a set of twins when I suddenly went into labor at 21 weeks and they couldn't stop it. They were too small to live outside my body :( Now I have these boys that are SO wonderful and I love 'em to pieces (we still have our tough days though). I had a tough pregnancy with them too. 10 weeks of bedrest with preterm labor, needing to be on meds, in and out of hospital...all these things scare me that it could happen again. I conceived both sets of twins without help so the chances of me having another set is very possible. I would love one more. We'll see. We wouldn't start ttc until the boys were at least 2 years old which will be this October.

I just have to say "wow." To actually want another set while yours are still less than 3 months is impressive!! I didn't even want 1 more child while my twins were so young... I vowed I'd never have another until they were 6 months old. After that I started singing a different tune! LoL! We waited until they were almost 2 to try for another....and now we do think we might have a 5th, eventually.

LOL! Awe come on, it's not that bad having twinfants! They are a LOT of work, but the babies are so cute and so sweet, I'd do it again in a heartbeat! I have a lot of help from my family, so that's probably why I'd be so anxious to have a 2nd set.

Edited to add: Plus, I had a very easy pregnancy with the twins, I didn't even have so much as morning sickness, and I got pregnant with twins the first month that we tried. So I bet if I got pregnant with a singleton one day I wouldn't even feel like I'm pregnant until the 3rd trimester!

H*LL NO!! I never wanted any kids!
I am so good with my 2 little monkeys.

And not to mention I HATED everything about being pregnant!

We felt like we were done after we had the girls. But God had/has a different plan for us. We are pretty certain we are done after this baby is born and will be looking into DH getting a vasectomy (although insurance does not cover it). We may however adopt when our children are older. I have always wanted to adopt a child (or children) and I don't think I will feel like my family is complete until I do--I would love to adopt twin boys. :)

    having frozen embryos changes everything!

This is exactly how I feel too. DH and I always wanted kids, but after 5 years of infertility you stop dreaming about a certain number and you just hope you are fortunate enough to have one. Now with the girls I feel like I hit the lotto a million times over.

We have 4 embryos in the freezer and we've been discussing them since the day of our transfer (when we knew there were 4 more). About 4 or 5 months ago I thought I decided that I was done and wanted to donate to another infertile couple. Then last week I got the paperwork for the donation and I started to feel differently. Last night DH and I talked about it and he said "We'll pay storage fees until you are 80 if you aren't sure you want to give them up!" He is such a sweet guy. So we are going to hold onto them and I'm already thinking about when would be the best time to do a FET.

I always wanted three kids. But, after having twins I have no desire to have any more children. I love my girls with all of my heart, but it has been a little rough--even though they are pretty good babies. I have given, or am in the process of giving all their stuff away. I am very satisfied right now with my two cuties.

Maybe one more -- but not until the boys were 2 or 3. My DH is on the "no more" wagon -- but I know he's susptable (he's been saying all the "they're growing up to fast -- miss them so little etc) We'll see how things are financially when the boys are older.

DH isn't sure if he wants more, but I say we aren't done. Maybe one or two more. DH probably will be more willing to look at the idea of having more kids when the twins are a little older and he is finished with school.
