What do you put on baby acne? My ds has little red bumps on his cheeks and I am not sure what you can use to help with that?
    Anyone have a good idea?

There really isn't anything you can do but just wait it out... it will be gone in a few weeks...

If you are nursing, you can express some onto his face. If not, just wait it out, it'll be gone before you know it!

I am not nursing but I am pumping and bottle feeding bm-I suppose I could spare a little for his face...does that work?

My DS had terrible terrible acne, there was nothing that made it better, one day it just went away. He still has problems with excema, but that is controlled with hydrocortisone cream.

Time just made it go away. My first DD was the only one who got it REALLY bad on her face. I was nursing her - I think it took her 3 weeks to clear up.

Just wait it out. Should be fine within a month.

One of my girls had that, I just wiped her face down every day with a washcloth and warm water and I think that really did help.

I wouldn't do a thing but wash with a soft cloth and warm water - other than that, it just takes a few more weeks and you'll notice that it goes away :D

Leave it alone. Its goes away. And it doesn't hurt them. Keep one thing in mind if it doesn't hurt, won't kill them leave it be.
