I was so sore from Friday's workout that all I did Saturday was walk around the track for an hour. I took yesterday off. Hopefully I will get something in today!

i ran 3 miles on the elliptical and did 6 weights machines--after attending a half hour of the worst pilates class i've ever been to! i had to cut my losses and get out of there. such a waste of a great class but w/a cruddy teacher..... oh well!

gigantor, pilates is awesome--but hard to find the right class/instructor! i did lessons for 7 years before i got pg. however, now that my workout time is sooo limited, i feel i need work "harder," either demanding cardio or weights machines. i'd do yoga if i could find a class, but it's so hard to find a good pilates teacher that most workouts really aren't strenuous enough for me. also, it's REALLY important to have a good teacher in the beginning. form is everything! when i started my lessons it was literally weeks before we actually did any exercises. in the beginning it was all about form and my "body clock" and doing things correctly..... so, in other words, you're probably not missing much!

been outta town for 3 days and didn't do much. i was busy trying to relax and have some down time. but i did walk around sea world for sevearl hours on wednesday. tomorrow--back to the gym!

    have a great weekend, ladies:),

Well it's the end of the month and it's not been great for me. Spent three days in hospital a week ago and have been told no rigorous exercise until my head aches stop. I hate that my head is ready to go and my body is not. I also hate that I'm paying gym fees and I haven't been able to get there (I'm stingy with my money) Anyway I am hoping to be healthy and active in the next month so I can join all you AWESOME girls. Well done :)
