Ours were just over 5 months. I think around 22 weeks. One slept through the night without waking to feed (from 7pm to 630AM) and the other slept through the very same night. I just worked up the courage to not wake the other to feed when one woke to feed. The second I did that, they slept thru.

Occassionally they've woken during the night a fussed for a few mintues, but I don't think we've actually had to go them more than maybe twice?

They are 8 months. To make it through teething, we've used motrin at night and both have their bottom teeth and are working on the top and we've not had issues with night waking as a result.

We did do sleep training, starting at about 12 weeks. We used healthy sleep habits happy child. Used controlled crying, never really cried more than 30/35 mins.

Edit: Followed HSHHC rules from week 6 on. I think this is a huge reason why our children sleep so well now. We place them in their crib at night and for naps and leave the room. They've been able to fall asleep on their own since about 4 months, including when they've woken at night or were still needing feeds.

Okay, here's what we did and still do. They get their binkie to go to sleep, but that's it, if they lose it in the middle of the night, i do not go in to check. But, before this, we did work with them so that they know how to hold on to their binkie and they can take it in and out themselves. So, I noticed that when they are in the crib now and they lose their binkie, they can sometimes find it themselves. If they fall asleep while drinking their night bottle, i put them down on their bellies with their binkie. I'm thinking we won't wean them off of the binkie until 12 months. However, we have started giving it to them less during the day.

I kind of know their cries now. So, when they are just crying because they are trying to fall asleep (my boys cry sometimes - like singing themselves to sleep) - I do not go in. But on a few occassions, Sam's crying sounded very different, like something was wrong - so I went in to check on him. Once he had a poopy diaper, and another time he was wedged up against the side of the crib and my husband quickly repositioned him and left immediately.
