2nd Birthday Invitation Wording

Hello,

Wes and Leah will turn TWO in July. I've started thinking about their birthday party. Any suggestions for creative sayings on their invitations???

We are only having small family..cousins, aunts, etc. I was way too overwhemled last year with big amounts of people. We are looking forward to a small party.

It's hard to believe they are growing so fast

There was a thread here somewhere that talk about 2 yr old wording for birthday. I can't find MINE!!!! I had a really good one and now I may have lost it when I was cleaning up the office. Ugh!

 

See if you can find the book "Two is for Twins"; adorable! Perfect for a birthday, and maybe some of the phrases in there would work for invitations...although in the book, the twins are turning "3", so maybe it'd be more appropriate for a 3rd birthday.
just made me think of it though.

 

Thanks for the posts. We do not have a certain theme and likely will not. I do have the book Two is for Twins. I will have to pull it off the shelf and read it again.

 

we always do themes...
we used this for the first bday:
We like to climb and jump all around,
eat some bananas and hang upside down!
So come join us at the park for some fun
to celebrate Jackson and Luke turning 1!

we did a monkey see monkey do party for the 1st, then for their 2nd b-day we did an "art" party and used this:
Red & Yellow Green & Blue
Jack & Luke are turning 2!
You are invited to scribble, paint and create with us!
Come dressed for mess! Lotsa' Pasta.. so come hungry!

 

For their second birthday we used the following on the invites:

Can you believe it? Is it really true?
Katelyn and Blake are turing 2.
