You really do block out the trauma from the previous kids

    Jacob is getting his 1 year molars. I'd forgotten how dramatic babies are when this happens. I guess you really do block out the trauma from the first kids or you'd never have another :)

    I'd never have had more than one child if I didn't block out how much I hate being pregnant. I think I like it and I do like feeling my babies moving, but overall I am sick as a dog and misreable from the moment of conception. I don't know that I blocked that much out from my kids, but with the first I remember at various times worrying that it would never get better. With the rest of my brood, I just keep reminding myself that this too shall pass.

    You can say that again. Either I had a really easy 2-year-old the first time around, or I completely blocked that entire year out! :laughing:

    I feel your pain :) My little man is getting all 4 molars AND all 4 canines. OUCH!!!

    You must.. either that or you think that the next time around you kids will be perfect LOL

    Sometimes I honestly think I have PTSD from the whole ordeal!! :blink:
