yogurt

What kind of yogurt do you give your babies???? I do get the yo babies by stoneyfield but there expensive can you give regular yogurt

 

I give the plain stonyfield yogurt, and just mix in some fruit from fruit jars most of the time. You need whole milk yogurt though. My usual store doesn't carry it so I have to buy some yobaby too though.

 

I buy whole milk yogurt from Trader Joe's (if there's one in you area). It's a reasonable price and the babies love it!

 

I bought the Trader Joe's one this week end - they LOVE it. It's cheaper too, just out of my way and our trader joe's is small so requires multiple shopping trips

 

We use the regular old Yoplait with the red label. My kids wouldn't eat the Yo Baby stuff and my pediatrician just told use to use regular yogurt (she recommended staying away from the completely fat free yogurt though).

 

We do stoneyfield and also yoplait.
You could also just buy a large container of PLAIN yogurt and mix in fruit, or jelly for flavor.

We do Stoneyfield Farms too. They also make a French Vanilla in a big container that you can add fruit to as well.

 

I've used the vanilla one but IMO it has too much sugar in it already, so I've given it, but plain (when I bought the wrong kind, ooops).

 

I've bought a yogurt from Aldi with 2% milk. It is also naturally sweetened, which is a must for us.
