    Hi! I would like to talk to yoga enthusiasts. Tell me about the benefits of these physical exercises. My girlfriend strongly recommends yoga. She says that it's not only great for the body, but also for the inner spirit, strengthening it. What can you say about this?

    It's not always easy and understandable during the first yoga class. A bewildered look, confusion and embarrassment. Therefore, you shouldn't make judgments based on your first class. At least use 5 visits to the studio to form an opinion. But overall, it's cool.
