Yesterday's appointment

I had an ultrasound yesterday to check Avery's position and he's STILL breech!!! He's not showing any signs of moving either. He's SO cute though. We could see his little chubby cheeks and everything. It made me want to have him today!

So the m/w talked to me about doing a version and I told her I just wasn't completely comfortable with it. It would probably be different if DH was here but I just can't take the chance of going into labor or having an early emergency c/s without him being here with me. So February 23 is my date for a scheduled c-section. If he turns before that, I guess it will turn into an induction.

The rest of my appointment went well. BP was still 100/60, total weight gain now is 21 pounds, urine was clear. I had to have my Group B cultures done so she checked me while she was at it and everything is still closed tight and just starting to soften a little bit. At this point with the girls, I was already starting to dilate so I have a feeling he doesn't plan on leaving any time soon. It may be a good thing that we have a date to evict him!

 

Great appointment!! I was scheduled for Feb 23 with my twins (they came on the 15th). Sounds like all is going well!!
