We went and got our 4 month shots. The nurse talked about introducing solids ( which we just started a few days ago rice cereal) Then she goes on to tell me that they can eat anything now, there is no order except for honey!?!??!? This was not just something SHE thought, she gave me a pamphlet talking about it. Its not so much what foods you give its the texture that counts... i was just surprised!! Anything goes now... wow. And when the baby teeth start coming in, I can use regular tooth paste on them, with fluoride!!?? sooo different then it was just from my 4 year old!

It's very different! I still waited on somethings like eggs and peanut butter, but only because we have food allergies in the family.

Yup things have changed! I have found it sooo much easier and more fun this time with the girls. They have had almost everything...no PB yet but soon (although with the amount that DS ets it I'm sure they've been exposed!). We don't have any allergies in the family so it's all fair game! Good luck and have fun :)

I was told toothpaste w/out flouride??

I started at 4 months, but slowly introduced foods that needed to be chewed. I didn't rush it - that was just me.
