would you be concerned?

    my LO's are very cooey/chatty. always making sounds. one of the LO's was always cooing and now doesn't do it as much. is this something i should be concerned about? im very paranoid!!

    No, at 4 months I would not be concerned. Babies go in and out of stages all the time.

    No I wouldn't worry either. It seems like as soon as they learn a new skill, they sort of drop it & move on to something else. :hug:

    I totally agree! If they have learned how to suck on their hands or feet, that's a lot more exciting than making noises for them! :)

    No, not at that age. Mine went though several spurts of babbling and then silence. I worried to, but now I know it's fine.

    DD did that at 6 months. All of a sudden my talkative "cooing" baby stopped cooing. But she soon started up again with screaming :rolleyes: now she is saying DaDa and MAMA :air_kiss:
