wonder weeks

Anyone hear of this book?

The Wonder Weeks: How to Turn Your Baby's 8 Great Fussy Phases into Magical Leaps Forward by Hetty Vanderijt and Frans Plooij

It is supposedly well researched and WONDERFUL. It tells you about babies normal fussy phases and how to help them through. I've read nothing but rave reviews about it, but it is $68 on amazon, $270 on some sites !

Anyone read it, or know why it's so expensive or where I could find a more affordable copy?

 

Holy cow! The list price on it is $17 something, but I saw it selling for $388! I have never heard of it until now, and now I am curious! Not curious enough to pay that kind of money though!

 

WHAT? I'm so confused....how could it possibly cost that much!!?? I'm so curious...

Just from reading the info on the publishers site and from the askmoxie blog, it looks like a fantastic book! I can't wait for it to be more widely available (and cheaper) here in the States.

I heard about it on a breastfeeding website (can't remember which one) while doing some research on growth spurts. It sounded pretty interesting, so I looked it up on amazon. After seeing the price I googled it to find more info... it was all the same, rave reviews + ridiculous price!

Thanks for finding this! I guess it's so expensive because it's foreign?? Hopefully when it's published here I can actually afford it!
