I can't hardly believe my girls are one. I can't help but think about what I was doing a yr ago today. At 6:43pm I saw Liberty for the very first time and then at 6:44pm I laid my eyes on Leighanna. Today is bittersweet, my babies are officially turning into toddlers . I feel very fortunate that they made to their first birthday and that they're growing and learning, but all I want to do is cry. :cray: The last yr was amazing at time it felt like a whirlwind and then at time it felt like a standstill. I wouldn't give it up a moment for anything and pray I get a second chance to experience it all again.

Liberty is walking and talking now. Shes trying to say everything you say to her. She blows me away with the things that have come out of her mouth. A couple days ago she started to answer some questions. Her favorite word right now is cracker and will asking for one throughout the day.

Leighanna is also walking, but not talking yet. All she says is dada, everything is dada. I love to watch her, she is so mechanically minded. It blows me away with the things she can figure out. All she needs is to see someone do something once and she'll have it figured all out. She's a problem solver. She's very adventurous, she'll go anywhere and climb on anything.

We had their birthday party yesterday, and it was a blast. We did a butterfly theme and a color theme (pink and purple). We a BBQ and decorated the deck outside and the house inside. There was a lot of family and friend that came and helped celebrate with us. They got way to much things for their birthday It felt like Christmas all over again.

I'm going to miss th FY board, you ladies were there for me when I didn't have anyone to talk to. Thank you all for your friendship and all the advice I was given throughout this yr. I promise not to leave and never come back, you can't get rid of me that easy. :acute: I look forward to seeing you all over on the 1-5 yr board.
