we're doing a 9 hour road trip tomorrow! eek. hopefully, everthing goes smoothly...

now, if i could just get off my butt & pack.

 

Oh wow! Where are you headed? We drove from Edmonton to Kimberley BC last week and it took 9 hours (we did two stops), the last hour or so was awful, I had to sit in the back and sing silly songs to keep them happy. Have fun and good luck!

i hope it went well! we are going on a 14 hour road trip on monday, i am more than a little worried about how it will go.....

 

Gotta love those long road trips I'm a total wimp after our first few to visit my parents. I take the 8 hour drive in two days now.

we're visiting my aunt & uncle's sheep ranch in the interior of BC (about 2 hours north of Kamloops in a wee little town called Vavenby). it's a really wonderful place - so peaceful.

thanks everyone for the good wishes! the trip went way better than i expected - although Danika decided she was DONE about an hour from our destination & let us know loud & clear. but we're all still alive & having a good time.

there's a new litter of puppies here (11!) and watching the girls' faces light up when they saw them was 100% worth the driving time.

 

OMG! You go girl an dgood luck. I do not know if I could do that!

 

It's that last hour of driving that always gets us too. It's like "How did they know!?" LOL!

I'm glad you're having fun! I've got to find some kittens for my boys to play with! Ok, it's really me that wants to hold some kittens! But still, there's a lot of farms and stuff where I'm living, someone's got to have kittens, right?
