Will I survive?

Dh is going to Florida for the week. He's the director over two call centers one here in Kentucky and one in Florida. He usually goes for a week once a month. The last time he went the twins were six weeks old and I had my moms help. Well, this time I am on my own. Thank God the twins are sleeping through the night. I am sure I will have a pretty stressful week. I may need some words of encouragement to help me make it! I know you ladies will be here for moral support.

You will be fine!!! Stick to your normal routine, and you will do great! Where in FL is he headed? It's hot here! I sat outside with my 2 year old for about a 1/2 hour and came back in sunburned! This is winter, right?

 

You'll make it! It seems daunting now, but after that week you'll be so much stronger. Just remember to take some Me time so you don't get burnt out. You can do it, it will be hard, but you'll make it through.

You should also plan some outings and some visits with friends. This will give you something to look forward to. It could be a long week if you stayed in the house the whole time! Enjoy sleeping in the middle of the bed!

 

Dh is headed to Ocala, Fl. It’s about an hour from Orlando. I have plans to have dinner at my in-laws house a few times this week. And yes I will enjoy that big king size bed all to myself.

 

You can do it! I agree with the other posts, stick to your routine and make sure you have some me time.
