I don't think crayola is one of the food groups that is easily digested! :D They'll get a hold of anything and shove it in. I know that one of my earliest memories is sitting on the dining room table, eating change and getting caught. I think I was 2 or 3. My diaper had to look like a piggy bank!

Most crayons are non-toxic, as is play-doh, so I wouldn't worry too much.

HAHAHA! At least you didn't have to go looking for it. The daughter of a friend of mine ate a Lite Brite peg, and the ped instructed her to dig through the poop (she was potty trained) until it showed up. Just imagine!

Because crayons are made of hardened paraffin wax and pigment. Wax is indigestible, the human body can't break it down. Now washable crayons, on the other hand, DO break down and produce some interesting Technicolor effects! I can attest to that first hand.

When a child eats and passes crayons it's called "pooping the rainbow" fyi.

I'm glad I could give you all a little chuckle. And Jenny, I definitely remember your technicolor post!

Even grosser, I told Doug about it when he came in from the grill, so then I had to go in the diaper pail and get it to show him. EWWWWWW! :bad:
