Which jogger?

i've read a TON on joggers..etc. I've searched these forums too. I'm still stuck!! So I figured I would do a poll. If money was no object (it is..but lets pretend it's not for this poll =) )



BTW- don't judge the colors. I'm just looking for which stroller. Color choice will come later.

 

I had the Baby Trend Expedition (the one without the swivel wheel) and loved it!

 

I have been so happy with my BJCS. They did not have the mini when I bought mine. I think the mini is 8 lbs lighter then the regular one. I would take that into consideration. I think I would call customer service and have them tell you the main differences. Even though it is listed, i always like to here from someone from the company. They both hold up to 100 lbs. It is made very well.

I didn't vote, because I only have experience with the Baby Trend jogger, but if money is no issue I would vote against the Baby Trend Expedition. Part of the plastic has come off of mine, and although still functional, I feel it is cheaply made, and I'm not all that happy with it anymore. I have heard excellent things about the Bob. That's what I'm asking for for my b-day this month.

 

We have the bob stroller and I love it. It makes walks so easy and enjoyable. I am trying to go for lengthy walks with lots of hills etc. and it is so easy to push. Storage is an issue it only has a very small basket underneath the seats.

Thank you! I appreciate hearing that. I don't mind spending more money if I get a quality item. But if I can get quality out of something less expensive- I want that (of course) but you usually get what you pay for.

 

I just recently purchased the baby jogger city mini. I love it so far. I didn't get it for jogging so I don't know how it would work for that. It is very user friendly and folds very easy. It is big but all of them are going to be big in my opinion. It pushes and turns great. The are very easy to recline and they lay flat seperatly. The sun shades are one of the big reasons I chose this one and they are great. Mine came with the bar and the girls love that. I do wish it would have came with a cup holder for me and a snack tray for the girls but I think those can be purchased seperatly. I don't have much to compare to but I am very happy with it so far. Oh and the basket underneath is a decent size but kind of hard to get to.

 

BOB is great!

 

I was just recently given the BOB by DH for Mother's Day and LOVE it. I haven't been able to take it out (the girls are still young and hard to get out of the house) but when we do go out they seem to love it and so do I!

It has been able to fit through almost every door, excellent to handle and I love the umbrella shades on each seat. We live near the beach so when I do go walking I like to pull them all the way down to block the wind. I also like that I see their heads from the top and not have to stop and walk in front to see if they are asleep or not.

I have not used any other jogging stroller so I cannot compare (maybe the other strollers do the exact same stuff) but I love my BOB!
