I'm not sure that we are ready to go to 3 bottles, but it seems like they are just not as interested in their bottle as they used to be....so I'm toying with the idea of dropping to 3 bottles and increasing their solids. Which one do I drop first? They LOVE their bottle first thing in the morning and at night...maybe one of the 2 in the middle of the day? What do you think?
    Thanks

We recently dropped the morning bottle. I too felt that the one's during the day would be easier, boy was I wrong! They dont even miss the one in the morning (which they always took all of). Try whichever you think will be easier, if it doesnt work, give that one back and then take another.

we are definetly not there yet...but my mom told me the first one to drop should be a mid day one...so maybe the lunch time one...give more solids at lunch and less formula (or BM). Good luck!

I sort of just redid things, some of the times changed completely to fit their naps/solids.
    Our schedule was: 7:30b,8:30s, 11:30b, 1:00s, 3:00b,6:00b,6:30s 6oz in each bottle
    Now it's 7:30b, 8:30s, 12:00b, 1:30s, 5:00b, 6:30s 8oz in each bottle

I have tried doing solids first, but they don't want to eat solids on an empty stomach. Sounds so silly but it's true. Good luck

We dropped the 3pm then the 11:30. I have been trying to *encourage* them to drink milk from a sippy at lunch, so technically, we are down to 2 bottles. I did both changes within about 3 weeks of each other.

We dropped a bottle and added the third meal (lunch).

    Previously bottles were given at 7:30, 11:30, 3:30, 7:30

    Now our schedule is

    7:15 bottle
    8:30 breakfast
    11:30 lunch
    1:30 bottle
    5:00 dinner
    7:30 bottle

    Hope this helps!
