which baby bjorn seat?

One of my 18-mos-boys has an interest in using the potty (he even told me last night he needed the potty and then peed a teeny bit on our regular toilet). I am checking out the baby bjorns. But there are two types: the little potty (smaller, no separate bowl) and the regular one.

Which one did you use and what did you think??

 

at 18 months i would get the little one. We had the little one and it was a great fit until Ethan hit 2 and Anthony was about 2.5. after that, we used a ring on the big potty, so we never got the big seat.

 

I'm thinking of getting a Baby Bjorn, too. I think I'll get the bigger one, just b/c I don't know how fast they'd outgrow it & can't really afford to buy both sets.

 

I have the ones with the separate bowls. They are so easy to clean out after they go. I just run hot water in with the pp and dump it all into the toilet. At night I give the bowl a good cleaning.

I also have the baby bjorn rings for the regular toilet. Paige who is potty training now will go on either one and Alexandra who loves to sit but does nothing is only on the little potty till I know she is going.

 

Hi! My boys love the bigger one with the removeable piece. The ring for the potty is great too. We bought the smaller size when they were 18mos and it was soo teeny we had to return it. Good luck!

 

We use the bigger one with the removable seat. My girls love it and it is really easy to clean. We had originally bought a cheaper potty that was fine until they actually started to pee in it and we realized how difficult it is to clean.
