Where can I find panties smaller than 2T? I think I need size 18 months....does anyone know where I could get something like that?

Measure her hips, and then take a look at the the different 2T's at Wal-mart and Zellers (and also Loblaws/RCSS/Independant if you have them) I was able to find some that were 18" or 19". Also if they are cotton, wash them in hot water and dry them to shrink a little. For my Son I found that the Gymboree ones fit small, so maybe there girls ones do too (they are expensive though - $5.00 each) Also look for bikini cut as they fit smaller than the briefs.

The bikini ones from Children's Place also run small. My one daughter is really thin and they work for her.

Opposite problem here, but Petit Bateau may work well (not cheap but excellent quality). My 3 yo is in their 6 ans (year) clothing, being 95%, but they have underwear as small as 2 ans (year) and it runs really small. My twins are already in their 18 months clothing for 2-3 months.

You may find some NWT on eBay for pretty good prices. We also have an outlet closeby.

Thanks for the tips! I know my older sister gave me some panties that her daughters had - and they are TINY....they are Caillou and Zayne loves them. She also gave us a couple Hello Kitty ones that are tiny. I will have to check the sizes.

I never thought about measuring her waist - I will have to look. I saw some Strawberry Shortcake ones at Zellers that seemed pretty small....I will check around a bit more. Yay for panties!! (Booo for LAUNDRY!!)

Also, if you get some of the larger ones, you can put sew a little tuck on the side and let it out when she grows a bit. That way, they last longer, too. I have to do this for all of DD's pants and skirts, too.
