I need to get new fall/winter clothes for our whole family and I'm having trouble finding jeans I like for my girls. For the twins I need 24 month with the adjustable waist because they are so skinny. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be wonderful. Thanks.

Have you tried The Childrens Palce. I have gotten my girls jeans there for the past 2 years and like how they fit. I am also pretty sure that all jeans from 24 months up have the adjustable waistband.

I like Old Navy and Gap jeans for both my kids.

Gap jeans seem to work best for us. Children's Place jeans also are adjustable and work too.

The Children's Place, Old Navy, and Target all have cute, adjustable waist jeans for girls.

I agree with Old Navy and The Children's Place. They have adjustable waists as does Gap.

Ditto Children's Place. I always get the twins' jeans there b/c they are tall and skinny...they HAVE to have adjustable waist.

I got some jeans from the Carter store last year that I loved. My girls are skinney as well and these fit them great. I plan on looking there again this year.

another children's place fan here. they had them on sale for something like 2 for $20 recently, too, so they are a good buy

I am another for Old Navy. I dont think the adjustable waist starts until 2T, before that it just has some elastic. But since they are in 24mo, 2T isnt a stretch. :) Happy Hunting!

I love my girls steve and barry's jeans. ($8.98 i think), but i think the adjustable waist seems to start at 3T not 2T. In fact I need to go get Dani a pair in the 4T.

When my kids were in 24mo size, they were short and pudgy, so the Walmart jeans worked the best for us. If your kids are tall and skinny, then the Old Navy and TCP jeans will work great.

Old Navy adjustable waist now goes as small as 12 months (although the styles are limited)...DD is a 2T length but a 12 mo waist so I have those suckers cranked up as far as they will go!

Old Navy does adjustable. So does Costco!! (Cute Levi's!)

My kids aren't big on jeans, but Old Navy jeans are good for us and less expensive.

My girls are skinny too(50th % for height but only 3rd and 8th% for weight) and we've had luck with the Children's Place jeans but do have to cinch them up almost all the way when we first move into a size. 24 month jeans finally were fitting normally in the waist without having to cinch too much but they got too short, so now I'm back to cinching up 2T jeans lol. I find Crazy 8's jeans fit the same as Children's Place. Osh Kosh has some skinnier cut jeans too with adjusters, though I find the Children's Place jeans sturdier.

I have to recommend Children's Place. Adjustable, cheaper and sturdy. They are a good buy. All the girls in the house wear them except my preteen and this is her first year out of them. Well, she is still wearing last years, but we didn't buy new jeans for school there. Can't have anything that says "children's." Old Navy is a decent buy but I don't like the way they wear as well as CP.

I have not had to buy little girls jeans for a while but I know that Target also has the adjustable waist jeans for children.

Ditto everyone else...Target and Old Navy have the adjustable waist and I know Target starts theirs at 12 months.
