So I was wondering if someone knew of any resources online that would show a good diagram of what happens internally to all the other organs during pregnancy....

    TIA

Great question, I hear water occasionally slushing when I turn over in bed on my left side near my ribs. And get out of breath(more like feel like I can't breathe) if either twin stretches their legs out. And I'm only 6 months.

Notice, diagrams are for ONE baby. Most of the time I felt like mine were in my lungs!! I'm sure they just get squished to wherever they can fit!! That explains the heartburn!!

I always assumed they climbed into my lungs since I had NONE till they were born.

I love the diagrams... my heartburn makes me feel like my stomach is in my throat!

I'm so glad you asked this question! I've been wondering that myself. I just don't see how there's room in there! My boys weigh a total of almost 4 pounds now, and I am not that big for almost 27 weeks. I've only gained about 20 pounds thus far despite all the eating I do. It just goes to show how amazing our bodies are.
