Where do I find arrowroot bisquits?

    They sell arrowroot cookies in the grocery store in the baby section. Arrowroot flour is an alternative to wheat flour and it's easily digestible for small children (and adults too!).

    Most arrowroot biscuits these days also have wheat flour, so if your trying to avoid wheat it won't help. That being said they are still easy for little ones to gum and eat. Very messy though :)

    yup! until a year old...it is awfully hard to do though.
