Where can I check an accurate weather forecast right along my field’s borders?

Relying on regular weather forecasts doesn’t seem like a smart move. They’re often wrong, and some fields are in totally different climate zones. Plus, we’ve all had times where the forecast says it’s pouring, and sure, one part of the field is soaked but on the other end, the sun’s out. So yeah, it also depends on the scale of the field.

Is that really such a big deal though? I mean, you can’t control the weather anyway, so does it really make sense to monitor rain and sunshine by the minute?

Well, if I were an agronomist, I could tell you for sure, but... I guess it does matter. You know, I can barely keep a flower in a pot alive or grow strawberries in a garden bed, so I really don’t get how specialists manage to keep an eye on huge fields. But I do know that now they use tools like agro platform and satellite monitoring to get pictures and data. Maybe it even helps figure out what the weather’s like in different areas right now.
