    Ok, I'm bored

And thought it'd be kinda interesting to compare some aches & pains we are going through right now..
This may be informative for some, but I'm sure it'll cause a few laughs too! :D

    OK! I'll go first:

My most pressing pain right now, is the one I have located just under my right breast around my rib area. My u/s indicated that baby B is pressing her butt against that area! And after a couple of weeks of constant pressure it's become kind of sore, almost like what a bad bruise feels like.

Also, everytime I get up from sitting and my feet hit the floor, the pain in my heels can be terrible!

Then there is my knees!! :icon_eek:
They only hurt when I have to get up from the toilet, doing this multiple times during the day & night one can understand my pain!!

Ok ladies, now it's your turn! :D

At least when we compare here no one is going to roll their eyes and say, oh there she goes again complaining. <_<

My worse pain is the carpal tunnel syndrome, and it makes me feel useless not having the full use of my hands.
The babies pressing down on my pelvis and the weight I have on my legs makes them cramp up and ache. :(
Oh and let me not forget the heartburn....ugh. 8P

    MY BUTT!!!!!!

I kid you not - I dislocated my tailbone during my vbac w/ #2 and it's the gift that keeps on giving. Today is particularly bad b/c my NST took 1 1/2 hours this morning so sitting in a recliner chair for that long just killed it for the whole day - boo hoo!!!!

I'm seriously thinking about skipping my appt on Friday b/c I just don't want to go through it again, but hopefully I feel better in the morning after sleeping on my side all night.

My lower back, the heartburn, my hip joints and pelvic floor, the bottoms of my feet, and right now i feel like someone is pulling on my skin - i don't know how my tummy can stretch anymore than it already has, but i know that it will! Yikes! I am 30 weeks this week. It's getting to rough...and the sleepless nights...uggghhhh...guess it's just simply preparation for yet MORE sleepless nights!

Miranda- you have to copy and paste it to your signature.

Well, I'm still toward the beginning of this pregnancy, so the only pain I feel is nausea and the pain of having to get up in the morning and go to work. Sometimes I get a pain near the groin area, but I'm assuming that's the stretching of the uterus or round ligament or whatever...it only lasts a few seconds.

I acquired an invisible bed sore or pulled a muscle in my right leg (in the back). It's gone now.

And then I get the worst hunger pains...even after 30 mins after I've eaten good. Gah!

My tailbone is agony too!!!!!!!!! It was dislocated during my sons birth and I also had an old injury to it so it has always been tender but I wasn't expecting to be 21 weeks pregnant with twins and in tailbone ****! It even hurts when i am lying down. Trying to get hubby to buy me a laptop as sitting at the computer makes me sooo sore. I actually want a c-section to avoid further damage as i could barely function after Joshua was born and this time I will have two babies and a 3 yr old to look after.

Apart from the tailbone my only other complaint is that my hips burn sometimes.

But I keep telling myself that it is worth it and I am half way there.....

If I sit at the monitor too long i get a lovely pain in my mid-back on the right side.
One of the babies thinks it's cute to push their foot in my intestine area... and stretch.

Oh and the best on so far was the brusied who-ha I got from sitting on a step while my son played at the local commnity center. I couldn't figure out what it was from at first, cause nothing has been near my who-ha but the soap in the past month.

It's funny how everyone has different pains! (Okay, not *funny* but you KWIM)

I have bad lower back pain, as my curve there is exaggerated anyway (mild lordosis, which is like scoliosis, but front-to-back), and the belly just pulls everything out of whack. I can't walk for very long.

Just recently, I've had a lot of pubic bone pain, too. It just aches....

Those are the worst of 'em. My hands/wrists are fairly swollen, and I'm starting to feel some carpal tunnel pain, esp. in my mouse hand. I didn't have this, or the pubic bone pain, in my first pregnancy -- but I did have nasty tailbone pain, which thankfully I've been spared this time (so far)!

I think I carry my babies naturally very low, so I don't get any rib kicks or pain, nor much heartburn....(a little bit, but nothing bad).

My biggest pain has been sciatica! But other pains come & go, ligaments, lower back, wrists, heartburn. I get so stiff when I sleep, it hurts to move to roll over in bed or get out of bed. Oh and the bottoms of my feet are killing me!

So, that's norma.l? It feels like my who-who is burning sometimes, and this just started. How about the lower AB pains?
Otherwise, just the kickboxing going on in my tummy, the many BH, the sore back and hips from just getting put on bedrest.

Amy, it's not a burning sensation for me in the vaginal area -- it feels more like the bone in the front is going to split in two. Does that make sense? I think it's all normal, though!

I have lower ab pains, too, but haven't yet figured out exactly what they are. It feels like a stitch or cramp that you might get after running, and it's usually on the right side of my lower belly. VERY painful, and I have to sit perfectly still and rub it, and breathe slowly while it goes away (usually in a few minutes).

Some people say they're round ligament pains, and others say they're BH -- but they don't seem exactly like either, based on what I've read. I asked the doctor, and he said it was just the muscle stretching and pulling. It only happens maybe two or three times a day, usually if I've been exerting myself or twisting around to look at something....

    [SIZE=10pt]Hmmm...where to start?

My pelvic area definitely is bothering me. Baby A (GIRL) is dancing away down there on my bladder Her bottom is down there pretty close too. Seems like when she's not dancing she's sitting on it. So needless to say walking around for TOO long is not so fun.

Heartburn is a come and go thing. I am taking medication for it..but there seems to be some things that it doesn't take care of. Of course I'm not smart enough to not eat those things yet.

I think that's it....but then again I'm only 27 weeks. From what I hear and read ~ the BEST IS YET TO COME!! :blbl:

I am 32 wks 5 days - The most painful thing is the beating I am getting from the babies. My right rib is a bit sore from BABY B and everytime he kicks/punches/moves against it it feels like someone is flicking a bad bruise. It seems to help if I press on it though, oddly enough. There is about an hour every evening where they are going crazy and their movements are actually painful.

Everything else is sore by the end of the day but the pregnancy waddle seems to help! I will say the billions of BH are very bothersome and I swear my uterus/belly gets sore from them by the end of the day.

Not hurting as badly as I thought I would be though - for now, anyway!

    Amy
