When it is actually time to deliver the twins do you get an ultrasound right there to see if Baby A is head down or do they just feel for the position of the babies?

I had an ultrasound right before to get the positioning. I think they need to do this, especially for the c-section, to see where they need to cut.

I had one the morning of, so they knew there the boys were. But you're also hooked up to the fetal heartbeats the minute you go in, so maybe by where they find the heartbeats they're able to tell too.

When I had mine there was no question about baby A. His head had been so far down my doctor thought I was going into labor for weeks!
Baby B was little miss acrobat though so before they broke my waters they did a quick scan.

I had one to double check, also to see if B was still breech (and they checked again right after A was out to see if he turned). A was still head down, B never turned so I had a breech extraction for him.
