I don't think it hurts to be prepared and have them packed. Good for you for thinking about it early. :good:

Yes, sounds like a great idea. Perhaps I should get moving on it too.

I packed mine at about 24 weeks - I wanted to be prepared because I knew if I ended up at the hosp. and I had to rely on DH to bring things oh my gosh, I would have ended up with my bathing suit and everything else I did not need. Plus I kept changing things and adding things in the bag! OH and it felt so good to have things ready - I would just hold up those sweet little coming home outfits and try to imagine my girls in them!!!!

I know I've got their gowns and their coming home outfits already so I can't wait.....so I think I'll start this week getting stuff together or next week....LOL

I can actually say that as long as I have a list, I would trust DH. He did a good job when we had to bring my daughter to the hospital an hour away and he met me up there later in the day with a bag of stuff for me. With that said, I think I will pack a bag for myself minus what the babies would wear. The reason why I say this is because first of all, the clothes are not ready yet. Secondly, if I have the babies in the next few weeks, they would not come home until way later. I don't see the point in bringing the outfits for the babies and leaving them around. I can pick out what they will wear when they come home after I am back at home!

Pack them now! At least pack your own toiletries and stuff. I was admitted unexpectedly for pre-eclampsia and luckily I had already packed stuff like toothbrush, toothpaste, face cream, lip balm etc. Everytime my DH comes to visit I have a list of things I want him to bring and it's challenging. I wish I had packed some nightgowns and more clean underwear. There hasn't been any clean laundry at our house since there was no warning I was coming here and DH doesn't know where anything is.
