    Hi all,

How many bottles were your lo's on at 10months? The girls usually take 3 7 ounce bottles but the last few days they are only drinking half of each bottle. Not sure if it is due to the lumpier foods (just started on stage 3), ready to drop to two a day or just there teeth giving them trouble. Any thoughts appreciated

With the twins, we went to just sippies at 10 months, which is about 2 months earlier than my other kids. They were doing the same thing as yours, not drinking their bottles, and I found I could get more in them by letting them sip all day, rather than just having set bottle times. You could try two, and just offer sippies the rest of the day and see how they do.

We never went below four and at 10.5 mos the twins went to sippies but at the same four times (7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm; the first three with meals then bedtime). At 12 to 13 mos we moved to a snack at 3pm and they ate dinner with us but milk waited til bedtime. Then at 15mos we moved dinner to 6ish with milk at the meal and nothing before bed. At that point they went to three cups of milk a day.

Mine are only getting 2 a day but we just recently dropped the lunch time bottle in place of whole milk:) We're slowly transitioning to no bottles no formula:)

My oldest dd was still getting 3 bottles a day at 10-11 months, morning, nap and nighttime. The only reason I remember specifically is because we were driving to my parents place at that time, 3 day drive, and we had trouble finding places to warm her nap bottle while on the road! :)

We never dropped to 2 bottles. We went right to 3 sippies of milk at about 13 months.

    Thanx everyone :good:

think she has been trying to tell me she is ready for a big girls cup! I now give her milk in a sippie in the afternoon instead of a bottle and she gulps it down :D Not sure if it's coincidence but she is now drinking more of her 2 bottles and eating more solids since the switch. Not quite sure i am ready for my babbas to be little ladies

We never dropped to two bottles either. L&L were still taking 3 bottles a day at a year when we switched to sippies.
