    You suck! :p just kidding

WTG!! That's great that you can fit into your old clothes, I wish I could say the same. ;)

I would talk to you doctor about when it is okay to start working out. I've only been able to for the last month or so, but I had a c/s and other problems going on. It's awesome that you even want to right now with such little ones at home.

Working out--I that something I would do by myself??? :rotflmbo:

Anyway, its great that you are ready to do so, but I dont think you are supposed to do anything like that until after your 6 week check up with your OB. Your body is still recovering from pregnancy and delivery.

You can do as much walking as you want from the beginning, but avoid any ab stuff or high-impact stuff until 6 wks. (Due to pp hormone changes, high-impact exercise can cause serious injuries.) I got the ok to swim after 2 wks, and to jog after 6 wks.

I was told 6 weeks, I walked and did light stretching as I am pretty active and couldn't just sit and do nothing.

It is so hard to find the time though...

Good for you to be fitting into your pre-preg clothes!

At my 6 week ch/up I had lost 34 pounds where I had only gained 33 from my preg, and I too felt great!

Can I say I hate you... lol

I believe they say 6 weeks before exercising, but check with you doc to confirm.

wow you are doing great!!! but seriously...no working out until 6weeks pp...you can make your uterus bleed for longer if you work out... I learned that with my first dd... Take it easy...the euphoria might wear off once sleep deprivation sets in!! For me that always took 2 or 3 weeks ...ugh..then my body finally figured out that I wasn't getting enough sleep!!

As pp said low impact exercise first. the tummy will go away last probably. the hormones have loosened all your ligaments so you don't want to damage your joint by starting to much too soon.
I also was able to fit back into my prepreg jeans w/in the first 3 weeks but they still don't fit the same :(

Glad to see you made it and are doing well!

I had a c-section and starting working out about 4 weeks pp, with my doctor's ok...Did you workout throughout your pregnancy? That will also be a factor...
Congrats! Working out gets better and better everyday!! For a time gage, I am ten months pp, and my abs are totally back - you can do it!!!
