when do they:

actually play with things while having tummy time?
sit up?
use an exersaucer?

These are the moments I really wish I had kept baby books for them. Mine started playing with toys around 4 months(grabbing at them and trying to pick things up and hold them), they didn't sit up unassisted until 6 months closer to 7 months (without falling over), tney are just now starting to play with eachother but they started noticing eachother around 4 months. I never used an exersaucer but we started using the jumperoo around 4.5 months as soon as they had decent head support.

c. about 5 months once they had really good head control, I would just prop them with pillows
