I know that sometimes babies will move at the last minute, turning a vaginal birth into a cesarean, or vice versa. But I am just wondering if there comes a time when it is not likely that they will change positions? My baby A has been head down the entire pregnancy...any point at which I can believe he'll stay that way?

I aksed this a while ago... you might want to search prior posts... but, my baby A has been breech since week 28 and hasn't budged!

My baby A kept flipping back and forth, but was head down until about 26 or so weeks.. then he flipped head up and hasn't budged <_< The doctor said there's still some hope until about 35 weeks, but as the weeks go on it gets less and less likely.

My baby A stayed in the same position for weeks. She was head down for almost a month. Baby B was breech for the majority of the pregnancy. Baby B was still breech at my 36 week ultrasound. When I delivered 36w5d, Baby B had turned. I didn't feel her turn. I have no idea when it happened. The doctor really didn't think B would turn and then she did.
