I was wondering the same thing. I can't wait to see what everyone says.

 

It was around 6 months for us!

 

I think it was about 6 months as well. however, I think one twin knows his name quicker than the other. He is the one that we end up callin ghis name more to get him out of trouble.

 

Yep, somewhere between 5-6 months. It's a killer if you call them nicknames, too! My DD responds to them now as well.

 

Wesley's known his name now for at least three weeks. So, nearly five months. (He's a 40 weeker, btw)

 

Mine are 14 months and they still don't seem to! Their hearing is fine, they are babbling and saying some words, so they're not delayed. I can only assume they just don't choose to respond. But seriously, they show no sign of recognition.

 

my girls are 7 months but 5.5 months adjusted...i don't think they know the difference in their names, i just think they turn towards me because they know my voice. I also have nicknames for each of them, so I am sure that I really confuse them!!

 

Mine don't know their names either. I was worried and asked the ped., but he said he wouldn't expect them to really know their names until at least 1 year. The do turn towards me when I walk into a room and start talking to them.

Hannah was around 9 months. Ben was over a year (13-14 months).

 

As a matter of fact... they responded to thier names in turn just this evening!!!

 

They recog. their names around 7 months and believe me they know their names now, considering I have to say them 1000 times a day.
