When did your sickness end?!

Hi everyone. I am new here and am 11 weeks pg with twins! I have been feeling absolutely horrible since 5 weeks and am hoping that I am nearing the end. (I was not this sick with my son's pregnancy). My ob told me that twin pregnancies sometimes have morning (all day) sickness last much longer than with singletons. Was this true for any of you? When did you start feeling some relief?

I'm sorry about the m/s. :hug: I hope it goes away soon for you. My morning sickness did not end until around 22 weeks.

My sickness went totally away at around 17-18 weeks, hang in there :hug:

 

Mine finally let up at 18 weeks. It did a gradual decline after 12 weeks.

 

Unfortunately mine lasted until about 25 weeks. Food finally started tasting good around 33 weeks.

 

Welcome to TS! My ms was bad and got worse after 12 weeks and got better around 15 weeks after using some diclectin (Canadian drug) and switching to Preg Vits the kind you take 2 pills, one in the morning and one in the nighttime. Hang in there. My last singleton pregnancy was actually way worse for ms even though this one was bad enough. Hope you feel better soon!

My morning sickness was almost identical with both twin pregnancies. Started around 5.5 weeks and ended around 15. I hope that you are nearing the end of the yucky stage!

 

I had it worse with my last singleton, but this time, it ended at around 13 weeks. Hopefully it doesn't last much longer for you!

 

I was pretty bad from about 6 week until 12 losing a total of 29 lbs, but after about 12 weeks it was just gone! I was sick for much longer with both singletons than this pregnancy!

 

welcome! Hope your ms ends soon. Mine lasted until around week 17 or so, gave me a break for about 3-4 weeks and then in came the heartburn. <_<

 

I started taking Zofran at about 10 weeks and things started to get better around 13-14 weeks... BUT I've been on Zofran ever since. Every time I try to ween I get horribly sick. Even today, I tried to go without and it's been a rough day... And I'm almost 34 weeks!

Sorry..I wouldn't have made it without drugs...

I think I was at about 17 or 18 weeks but I've had bad (all day) sickness with all my singleton pregnancies, too, so I don't think it was necessarily a "twin" thing this time around.

I am sorry you are feeling miserable, for me the sickness ended at around 16weeks. Hang in there.
